I Work With You To Bring Your Vision to Life, Stress Free.

My clients come to me because they are looking for an experienced event planner with great people skills who can help them easily navigate the various tasks related to delivering a successful event.

I work independently  and with other event professionals.  Together we are that extra temporary resource who are there to take on some of the “to do” list that comes with delivering an event to your audience, virtually or in person.  Especially during this pandemic we think of and plan for the things that are unique to working in a virtual space.

Planning & Budgeting
Before you plan and budget for your event, hire an event professional.  You have a number in mind on how much you plan on spending on your event, an event professional can review your budget and include items or remove items you may not consider.
Venue & Decor
When we are able to meet safely in person, we can assist with what works best for the content you’re delivering if your event is a meeting.  Should you be planning a celebration for your corporate or non-profit organization, we can discuss some of the best options to deliver a great experience for your guests with safety measures in place.
Event & Guest Coordination
Your guests will have questions and if you are not staffed to provide fast response to your attendees, we can be that extra source of communication between you and your guests.  Planning an event also includes coordination with multiple vendors and event professionals, having an event planner to manage them all takes hours of work off your “to do” list.

Happy Clients

“I’ve had the honor to work with Kisha Zullo and Events of Joy team, in different capacities, for over 15 years. I initially met Kisha in 2005 when I was leading the marketing and events team for a national nonprofit in Hartford. We were searching for a venue to hold our largest fundraising event. Kisha and I met as she was the lead event planner for the potential venue. As she was providing the tour for the space, I immediately knew we were in good hands and should move forward with Kisha. From the first day, Kisha has always executed a high level of professionalism, passion and attention to detail that leads to amazing results. Fast forward many years later, Kisha launches Events of Joy. I hired her and her team to help lead a major fundraising event I was managing  for Manchester Community College in Connecticut. We were rethinking the event and event strategy, especially how we can raise more funds to support student scholarships. Kisha and her team did a phenomenal job listening to the needs, providing guidance and executing the vision which resulted in the highest gross fundraising event for the college. I will always think of Kisha and Events of Joy for executing top-notched events. She is absolutely the best in the field.” – Endia DeCordova.

“Kisha planned and managed two major fundraising galas for our organization.  She was delightful to work with, and an efficient and calming presence leading up to and during what were stressful and high stakes events for our small staff.    She paid attention to the smallest details and allowed us to relax and enjoy the actual events. Her relationships with other businesses were useful in keeping the costs reasonable while ensuring everything was of the highest quality.  Her staff and volunteers were also wonderful. She was focused on making sure that everybody enjoyed the events and on making sure we met our fundraising goals.  We will definitely use her services again.” – Emily Wolfe, Executive Director, Sheldon Oak
“Kisha Zullo is probably the most remarkable, professional, creative and dependable vendor with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working. If you’re looking for a cool and calm demeanor, Kisha is the essence of that and more.

Kisha is knowledgeable in her craft, an extraordinary communicator that is not afraid to be flexible, thinks outside the box, and delivers. Kisha is the consummate professional that you want as part of your team.  Kisha values all people; her integrity and work ethic is beyond the pale.”
